  2. In the next step, visit the survey website at storeopinion.ca within seven days.
  3. Choose the language with which you are familiar and proceed.
  4. With the receipt in your hand, please enter the 19-21-digit code from your receipt.
  5. Now, you have to answer a set of questions which appear on the screen.
  6. Finally, you enter the sweepstakes, which rewards every lucky winner with a $1000 PC Gift Card or 1,000,000 PC Optimum points.
